Using SHOPIS
These terms govern use of SHOPIS at shopis.ai, an ecommerce platform for creating and managing online stores. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and authority to act for any business you represent. Contact us at [email protected].
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the permissions you grant to your team.
Your store and content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant SHOPIS permission to host, process and display it as needed to provide the service. You must have the necessary rights to your content and products. Merchants are responsible for their products, pricing, tax obligations, fulfillment, customer service, refunds, privacy notices and compliance with applicable law. SHOPIS provides software; the merchant is the seller in transactions with shoppers.
Acceptable use
Do not use SHOPIS for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, abusive content or unauthorized collection of personal information. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with other stores, distribute malware or disrupt the service.
AI-assisted tools
AI output can contain mistakes. Review generated designs, text, settings and proposed changes before relying on them or publishing them. You remain responsible for your store and the accuracy and legality of its content. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information in prompts.
Plans and third-party services
Any applicable fees, trial limits and billing conditions will be presented when you select or purchase a plan. These terms do not by themselves authorize a charge. Third-party sign-in, integrations and other services may have their own terms and availability limits.
Availability and responsibility
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output or a particular business result. Features may change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, and SHOPIS is not responsible for indirect losses or lost profits caused by service interruptions or use of generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and ending use
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security incidents, legal requirements or material violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. Preserve copies of store information you need before requesting deletion.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We may update these terms and will update the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service notice.
