Collaborator access
Already-live stores grant you access with a 4-digit collaborator request code. You choose the permissions you need; the owner approves, can narrow them and can remove access at any time. Collaborators do not use the client’s staff seats.
Transfer ownership
When the store is ready, send your client a private transfer link. They become the owner and choose their plan; your agency stays on as a collaborator with full permissions, and the store records that your agency built it.
Work from your own AI tools
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to a client store over MCP. Full-access collaborators can connect like store admins; every change is shown for confirmation and recorded in the store activity under your name and agency.
